We work hard to ensure all ingredients are local, sustainable and organic!
When creating menus, we use only grassfed beef, wild sustainably caught seafood,
free range Marys chicken and naturally raised pork.
Local duck and chicken eggs, goat milk, plus non-GMO fruits and vegetables are all considered a necessity in my kitchen, and we never accept anything less then the highest quality ingredients!
Savory events are all run by me, Jorden.
My background is in luxury banquets and interactive dinners all over the Monterey peninsula.
